2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use EarnMudra. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
3 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at our discretion.
4 Cashback, Rewards & Payout
EarnMudra provides cashback, rewards, and payouts based on offer completions and affiliate transactions. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Cashback, rewards, or payout is not guaranteed and depends on advertiser validation
- Tracking failures may result in no cashback, rewards, or payout being credited
- Advertiser decisions regarding validation are final and binding
- Cashback, rewards, or payout may be reversed or adjusted at any time
- Minimum payout thresholds may apply
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any offer at any time
4a. Instant Payment Offer
EarnMudra offers instant payments to eligible users under the following conditions:

- Advertiser tracking must be successfully approved and validated
- User must be verified and valid (no fraud, duplicate, or suspicious activity)
- Payment amount must be within the instant payout limit (subject to change)
- User's account must be in good standing (no warnings, disputes, or violations)
- UPI ID or bank details must be verified and accurate
- Instant payment is available only for approved transactions where the advertiser has confirmed validation

Important Notes on Instant Payments
Instant payments are processed within minutes of advertiser approval. We reserve the right to delay or hold any payment for fraud verification. Instant payment is not guaranteed and may be subject to technical or operational limitations. If a transaction is later reversed or rejected by the advertiser, the instant payment may be deducted or reversed. We may change the instant payment policy at any time without prior notice.

Instant Payment Disclaimer
"Instant" refers to payment processing within minutes of advertiser approval. Bank/UPI processing times may vary and are beyond our control. Instant payment is not available for all transactions or all users. We reserve the right to verify and validate each transaction before processing instant payment. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will disqualify instant payment eligibility.
5 Payment & Withdrawals
All payments and withdrawals are subject to the following terms:
- Withdrawals can be requested only after reaching the minimum payout threshold
- Payouts are processed through UPI, bank transfer, or wallet as selected by you
- We reserve the right to hold or delay payments for fraud verification
- Any processing fees, transaction charges, or taxes shall be borne by you
- We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 7–15 business days after approval
- Instant payments are processed within minutes for eligible users (see Section 4a)
6 Offer & Affiliate Tracking
Our platform uses tracking technologies to monitor offer completions and referrals. You agree that:
- We use cookies, tracking pixels, and affiliate IDs to track transactions
- You must not disable or manipulate tracking mechanisms
- We are not responsible for tracking failures due to ad-blockers, browser settings, or technical issues
- Affiliate networks and advertisers may have their own tracking systems
7 Fraud & Abuse
We take fraud prevention seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fake registrations or duplicate accounts
- Self-referrals or referring yourself
- VPN or proxy usage to manipulate tracking
- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- Automated traffic, bots, or scripts
- Using virtual or prepaid cards to generate false transactions
- Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the cashback, rewards, or payout system

Consequences of Fraudulent Activity
Account suspension or permanent termination; forfeiture of all cashback, rewards, or payout (earned and pending); legal action where applicable; reporting to relevant authorities; instant payment eligibility will be permanently revoked.
8 User Conduct
You agree to use EarnMudra only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in harassment, defamation, or abuse
- Interfere with the security or functionality of our platform
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
9 Intellectual Property
All content on EarnMudra, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, icons, and images
- Software, code, and design elements
- Affiliate links and tracking mechanisms
is the property of EarnMudra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
10 Disclaimer of Warranties
EarnMudra is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Security or protection from unauthorized access
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Availability of specific cashback, rewards, or payout offers
- Guarantee of instant payment (subject to conditions in Section 4a)
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnMudra shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities
- Any third-party conduct or content
- Any tracking failures or missed cashback, rewards, or payout
- Any technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions
- Any unauthorized access to your account or data
- Delays in instant payment due to banking or technical issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the total cashback, rewards, or payout paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EarnMudra, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our platform
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity conducted by you
13 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive activity
- Non-compliance with applicable laws
- Inactivity for an extended period
- At our sole discretion
Upon termination, all pending cashback, rewards, or payout may be forfeited.
14 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over EarnMudra's registered place of business.
15 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Updated" date above. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
17 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EarnMudra regarding your use of our platform. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
